As of this writing, our country is currently on quarantine. I am getting many messages from women who are really struggling. They are now forced to be “mompreneurs”. Juggling “home-schooling” children, spouses, or partners who may be working from home along with numerous other tasks. People are feeling anxious, nervous, and just giving up in regard to their businesses.
I want to teach you a trick to get “uber” productive! You CAN 10X your results when you get focused. In the video below I will help you identify between being effective and fake work. It is important that you not confuse fake work for money-making activities.
For example, you tell me, Kimberly, I am so excited! I just got my Facebook group named and the banner picture and all the settings simply perfect and it is up and running! Ok, great! I ask, what about people? Are there people in your group? Are you putting content out in the group? Any live videos? THOSE are money-making.
Think about it… are you avoiding doing the stuff that is really going to grow your business? What are the things you need to do now that you have been putting off? Does your to-do list read like this: a website created, a blog written, an eBook written? Do you have some big tasks like launch a Facebook group, record a podcast, or get systems in place to properly onboard your team? But you haven’t done any of those yet? You must focus and do it.
One of the biggest tips I can give you is this. If your business is making money and you do not have to use any of your income for bills, you may be thinking, great, we can take an amazing vacation! Nope. I strongly encourage you to re-invest into a Virtual Assistant. Virtual Assistants can do the things that are not in your zone of genius. Things you don’t want to do, aren’t great at or don’t have time to do. Then it can free you up to create that website you keep talking about, or whatever the big task might be. Or maybe the virtual assistant does that website. You then can concentrate on creating great content, connecting with your audience, building relationships, the things you cannot pay a virtual assistant to do. It will be your best money ever spent!
