Build A Dream Team and Grow to a Million in Sales

There are so many ways to create personal volume while building the customer and recruiting sides of your biz. Whether you’re growing within your current network marketing company or looking to start a team elsewhere, there are a few things to keep in mind as you transition.

The first step is to let people know what you are doing! Of course, you shouldn’t come out and say you’re moving companies or growing, but let your followers and friends know that you are making changes in your professional life in whichever ways work best for you.

Don’t be worried about the feelings of others, be honest with yourself and your people.  You have to do what is best for yourself and understand it’s better to rip off the bandaid when something doesn’t feel right. Let your team know, be honest, and have the right conversations about leaving the company. Anyone that disapproves or gets upset didn’t have your best interests in mind anyways!

After you talk to your people, let the world know! Go live on Facebook or any platform. When you discuss the changes, you don’t have to say the company’s name. Also, never bash your old company even if you are upset or left feeling unhappy. It will lower your credibility and can appear unprofessional. Consider creating a curiosity post about making a move or new opportunities and share some deets on why you’re excited about what’s to come!

Create some opportunity events, FB groups, client calls, etc. And get the ball rolling in your business!

Tell your customers about your new role and see how they can support the new business. Find a duplication method where you can plug new customers and teammates into the system, and save time sharing the same information over and over again. You’ll want to find a system that is easily implementable and consistent with your practice.

Use a strategic system to funnel your team into a group and don’t spend too much time on one-on-one zoom calls. Create resources that are ready to go for your team to refer to so that you aren’t busy interacting with people all day, everyday. Expose your team to this system to ensure that all questions are getting answered. Think smarter when connecting with your team and watch the process become even easier. Try using resources like Trello, Asana, or any similar platform.

Finally, you need to lead from the front! You have to actively build your business and focus on being the top recruiter in your company. Set a good example and others will follow! Be sure to keep your team top of mind and help out in any way you can.

When launching with a new team, unapologetically go after it! You are going to be able to create this new team however you’d like to. This is your chance to create the dream team and become the leader that you want to be. Keep cheering on your team and find ways to be intentional about your business and personal goals!
