Master Your Recruiting Game and Watch Your Team Soar

There are many different audiences to consider when building your brand and growing your team. Gaining new customers is just as important as recruiting new people to your team. However, sometimes it can seem easier to increase your customer base than to recruit new team members. But, it doesn’t have to be that way!

Do you have the “It” Factor?

Kick it off by analyzing your social media presence. Do an audit of your own social channels and view yourself from the point of view of your customers. Is your content strategic, inspiring, or engaging? All of the above? You need to create strong connections with your audience and provide the content that your followers are looking for. Make sure your content relates to your target market or holds their interest—you want to be sure you’re targeting the right prospects for your brand.

Do you have a strategy for the content you’re sharing? Make sure you level up with your content and are sharing inspiring posts with your followers.

Send the Right Messages

Ask yourself about the conversations you’re having. If more customers than recruits are showing up in your inbox, do a deep dive into the types of conversations you have and find how to change the narrative and stand out online. What seems to be a great topic of conversation? You’ll be able to identify themes with the conversations and perfect it as you go. Make it personalized and simple and not too over-the-top. Find your happy medium between sharing info that is simplistic yet informative.

Identify the Gaps

Taking a deep dive into your own content and the messages you’re sharing will identify any gaps within your business. It is important to explore your content and change up any messaging that isn’t proving to be effective. There will always be room for improvement and growing your team!

All in all—you can do this! Lead with your product, share your story, and provide options in hopes of closing the deal and gaining more recruits. Provide choices to your audience and by letting them know their options, you can decipher who is ready to take the plunge into your business. Don’t be afraid to ask the question!
