Putting content on social just to get crickets is every marketer’s worst nightmare. Sometimes, it might feel like no matter what you do, you aren’t getting any traction on your social content. Take a look at your content calendar as we strategize new ways to connect with your audience online.
We’ll look at the three key areas to focus on every week with your content.
It’s all about being strategic with your content. The first idea is to host a weekly Facebook Live show. The number one way I have connected with my audience is by showing up every week on Facebook Live. Find the theme for your weekly show. Even if you don’t have a theme – start somewhere and pivot your focus down the line. Be organized, bring some notes, and make it happen!
The second idea is to grow your business through Facebook groups. There is power in the community! This is a great way to collaborate and exclusively connect with your avatar. Create a consistent theme and do not make it a product-driven group.
The third place to focus your attention is building your audience. You want to be sure you are growing your friends list and connecting with new followers every single week. You’ll want to routinely connect with new people and make sure you’re building genuine connections with your followers. A small percentage of people will see your content online, so continue trying to reach as many users as you can. Keep growing your email list and working to find your super fan base.
Constantly be thinking of new ways to get in front of new eyes. Try new strategies and pivot when things aren’t working for you. Once you find the most sustainable way to share and create value online, you will only continue growing your business from there.
