How We Hit the 1 Million Milestone at Goal Digger Headquarters

There are several steps that you can implement today to create a huge 2021 for yourself and your business. We need to get serious with our financial future and be comfortable talking about money.

Start off by doing mindset work. We all have a money mindset to tap into. We need to get serious about how to keep our money mindset matched to our income. Make sure you are not spending too much cash and stay focused on being money positive and working towards achieving financial goals.

Don’t self-sabotage your own efforts! Find different books, podcasts, or newsletters that will help grow your financial knowledge and make you more comfortable with talking about money. Think about your shopping habits. Where do you justify spending more money? Do you acknowledge when you splurge?

Are you coming from abundance or from lacking with your money? You have to be responsible and on top of your money.

We scaled our business to the point where I was putting out the same amount of effort every single week but was able to continue bringing more students. You can scale when you can take one part of your business and grow it to multiply the benefits. Start with one and grow to many.

Stop putting work into the things that aren’t making you money and dedicate another role to deal with day-to-day tasks. We increased our reach with lead magnets! We went to all platforms and increased our reach by repurposing content and scheduling with one platform to schedule all social media content. A freebie is a great way to grow your email list and get your followers engaged to connect with your audience. We are able to repurpose our blog posts, videos, and more to show up online in many different ways.

Finally, it is incorporating daily mindset work into your routine. Find where your head is at within your business. Ensure that you have belief in yourself and what you are doing to know that you can accomplish your dreams and tell yourself the things you want to achieve.

It’s powerful to continue telling yourself the things you want to hear and believe. Trust the process and learn how to manage your hopes and tell yourself the things you want to achieve. The foundation is set by your habits and your routine of sharing positivity with yourself. Tell yourself a new story, learn how to reflect with journaling, and find how to speak in the present tense, and share joyful affirmations with yourself.

But like everything else, we had to figure it out as we went. I had no idea where to start when I was building my team. Now, I have several full-time and part-time team members and four coaches that work with me as well.
