Do you feel like you’ve created automation in your business? 

Learning how to automate different parts of your business will allow you to get better results, make more money, and get more done in less time. Scale your business through automation!

The first idea is to create automation through content! If you’re constantly feeling behind with your content, it will quickly cause burnout. Avoid the struggle of trying to create a post by outsourcing to other people such as a VA. Automation means that something is automatically happening on your behalf—so getting a virtual assistant counts for automation. Or, learn how to schedule content in advance so you can plan your posts ahead of time. There are many content scheduling tools for planning out content. Tools allow you to be superhuman and incredibly productive with checking off your to-do’s. Post with confidence, step forward with faith, and your tribe will find you. 

Facebook Lives are also able to be scheduled ahead of time. It creates excitement around the event and will allow your customers to be reminded of when the Live is starting. Plan out the Lives ahead of time and record in advance then schedule!

Leverage your time and resources to boss up your business! Next, automate your sales funnels. Try an application like Project Broadcast to send messages regarding different reminders or announcements about your business or brand. Once your customers are opted in to your phone number, you can schedule messages or send a blast to your customers right from the app.  With your sales funnel, you can also consider creating a lead magnet. Capture email addresses and schedule an automatic email that will allow them to access the freebie with the click of a button. 

Next, take your onboarding to the next level. Automate your processes with new team members! Don’t waste your time on a Zoom meeting or phone call, find a way to connect with potential team members by plugging information in an automatic way that is easy to reuse and duplicate with each member. 

For online events, learn how to automate your events! Schedule your graphics, posts, and all of your social content in advance. Have your customers book through an online calendar, schedule the stream to make it appear live, and get a consistent system to automate all of your future online events. 

For your finances, stop manually recording your numbers. Look at services like QuickBooks and find what works best for recording your financial success. 

On that note, avoid any services that automate following and unfollowing profiles on social media. This puts your account at risk of getting shut down and isn’t being counted as organic engagement by the Instagram algorithm.
