How to Recruit and Attract Business Builders like a Boss

Do you have a goal to grow? Let’s talk about three ways to build more business leaders. The number one area that network marketers struggle is with recruiting more business builders. Let’s stop that in its tracks and learn how to overcome the nerves and recruit more leaders to your team. 

The first step is to build a strong profile! What are people seeing on your page? Are you sending the right messages to attract and connect with your audience? If you’re showing up with posture, confidence, and credibility- people will look to you for answers and support. Having killer content and engagement on your social media profiles is a necessity for building your business. Think about which platforms are most favorable to your audience and where you get the highest amount of engagement then focus your time and efforts there!

The next step is to have a solid onboarding system. If you don’t feel confident in your team strategies, culture, or systems- you won’t have the confidence to keep growing your team. Have a system that allows you to remain accountable and attract more like minded individuals to your business.

The third step is to check your mindset. Allow yourself to change your story and tell yourself encouraging words of wisdom. Find an app or a tool that allows you to connect and understand yourself and your strengths. Grow into the leader you want to be! Identify some of your weak spots and find ways to hone out the skills to blow up the industry. 

Once you start believing in yourself and bringing the best version of you to the forefront every single day, you’ll find your tribe. Go after it, goal digger!
