Before we get into today’s blog post I wanted to give a #ProTip on Facebook’s current algorithm status. As a network marketer, it is your job to pay attention to your engagement. You may notice, as of recently, that your FB lives and posts may not be receiving that much engagement. Facebook’s new algorithm does not favor personal accounts being used as business accounts. Don’t become discouraged if you are not getting many views and likes, this is the time to push through and post as much as you can!
Let’s get into today’s blog with my favorite tools to help your team grow! First, you need to create an automated launch plan that you can put into place for your team. Don’t just wing it. Take your time to create something that is valuable and duplicatable for others. Then, you need a simple customer referral program. This is very important for team growth and makes it easier for customers to refer others so they understand how easy it is to do this business. Did you know that only 20% of people recruit one person?! Reality check – that means that your team is not recruiting! What we want them to do is learn how to get a lot of customers and then take those customers and upsell them into your business.
You want to make sure to teach your team how to track their leads for free – this is where Trello comes in. #TrelloIsLife! You can use Trello to help teach your team how to monitor and follow-up with leads as well as teach them how to plan their weekly content.
Now, think about how you set your Facebook groups up and what you post in them. Is it a value-based Facebook group or customer-based Facebook group? You want to have value-based Facebook groups. Value-based Facebook groups means that you are posting content that does not only have to do with your product or service; but that is engaging and exciting for your audience to interact with.
Lastly, let’s talk about team incentives. Who doesn’t want to win a free product or service? This is so important to do for your team because you want to track the activity and results of your business. So, if you run an activity-based contest, you can not only see how much engagement is happening between your team and your customers, but you are also engaging your team and giving them an incentive to keep doing great work.
Follow these steps to grow your team and you will find that it is easier than you think!
