Run Your Biz Like A Pro with This Formula

A lot of people ask me what the secret sauce is to building your business strategically and getting results quickly. Well, there are a lot of tasks to think about when building your own business or startup company. I have thought a lot about the formula for success and I want to condense all of those tasks swirling around in your head to a quick-and-to-the-point method of starting your business in the first 90 days. I like to call this strategy the Triple C Formula. In this strategy, I will share the top priorities you should be focusing on to lift your business off the ground and become a goal crushing rockstar! 

The Triple C Formula refers to these elements: courage, confidence, and consistency. If you’re missing any of these elements, you’re probably experiencing a block in business building. Do you know the saying, “you can’t have one without the other”? That applies to this formula I am sharing today. You cannot be committed to only one or two of these responsibilities; it’s time to take the leap and dive right in. 

Courage

Being courageous when you are starting a business means that you are going to be bold enough to do all the things you set your mind to. For example, if you have a goal of going live on Facebook or reaching out to a set number of people per day, you are rising to the occasion with excitement and a positive attitude. Being courageous means being a leader even when you are not certain of the outcome. A tool that I love to use to help build my courage and remind myself of my talents is an app called ThinkUp. ThinkUp allows you to record personal affirmations and listen back daily to remind yourself of the confidence you are building for you and your business. I listen to my affirmations over and over again throughout the day to help work on my mindset and envision myself and the person I am and want to become. 

Confidence

We all know that being confident may not come as easy to some people as it does to others, but confidence is a vital trait when it comes to taking action and putting yourself out there. Confidence comes when you take action and you are aligned with what you say you are going to do. Being confident in this industry means that you are setting goals for yourself every day and you are moving forward with no hesitation. I always find that the best way to build your confidence is to take massive imperfect actions with a positive attitude. You will say to yourself, “I’m glad I went for it even though it failed, because I learned. I did it and I’m okay so I will try again.” 

Consistency

Last, but not least, is to remember the importance of consistency. Most people do not see a breakthrough in their business until around the 8 week mark. That means that you cannot partially show up for 90-days and expect to see a huge outcome. I want to challenge you to make a 90-day commitment to show up every day for your business and be conscious of all three of these steps in the Triple C Formula. Figure out what daily non-negotiables tasks you need to complete and show up every day for 90 days. Questions for you to think about: what are you going to do with your money making plans? How are you going to plan your social media strategies? Which of these responsibilities do you need to show up most on?
