How often do you find yourself struggling to attract more customers and business builders? You’re not alone! If you have a team or a personal volume you’re trying to reach, let’s look at what you’re doing to help and to hurt your business.
What is your current focus? Is it enrolling more customers? Getting more business builders? A little bit of both? If you have been enrolling people but you’re not anymore, let’s make sure you’re checking your own daily operations before we go placing blame. First things first, if you have a team and you notice them slowing down too, it’s probably on you to fix it. Your team is always going to be a reflection of how you are as a leader, so show up every day with the goal to improve your business.
Next, ask yourself: Are you working on your business every day? And by everyday, I mean EVERY. DAY. Are you planting seeds out there? Are you having conversations with people about your business? Are you sharing your business with new people every day? If not, let’s brainstorm some ways to share. You can create a value-based Facebook group where you run free challenges and introduce your product in subtle, non-spammy ways! You should also get really good at creating curiosity posts – that way people come to you! Make sure you’re posting at least once a week on your stories introducing and sharing what your product does. Not only on your stories, but you should be posting on TikTok or trying Instagram reels! Make sure you’re offering value and giving some tips on something that is going to offer value and serve them.
Now, if you’re doing all of that and you’re still struggling…it’s your mindset. Our minds can either help us or hurt us, so make sure you’re getting your mindset right. Practice affirmations every morning and be completely honest with yourself. Don’t put yourself down otherwise you will start to believe it and that’s not what we want.
