Miracle Morning Ideas to Start Your Day Off Right

How do you start off your mornings? Is it a quick roll out of the bed to get the kids ready for school or does it drag on because you can’t seem to open your eyes? Here, I’m going to give you 10 ideas to craft your miracle morning routine. Keep in mind, you shouldn’t incorporate all of these ideas right away. To make them the most effective, start off with one and then tack some more on once you’re comfortable.

What is a miracle morning routine and why do you need one? A miracle morning is a daily routine that is non-negotiable. To become successful and live the life of your dreams, you need to set your intentions for the day and become aligned with what you want to attract. Know that the intention is going to get you on track to get what you want or something better! In order to have an amazing life and be different, you need to do things differently than other people. It’s time to stop reacting to life and start getting in the driver’s seat to take control. I created my dream career and life by implementing these ideas into my daily routine and I have far surpassed my goals.

Here are 10 miracle morning ideas to get your day started off on the right foot:

  1. Practice gratitude.

When I wake up in the morning, I like to immediately think of all the things I’m thankful for that have brought me to where I am today. Grab your cup of coffee or tea, find a relaxing place to sit, take some deep breaths, and share with the universe what you’re thankful for.

  1. Take part in meditation.

What a lot of people don’t know is that meditation actually rewires your neurotransmitters; meaning, you can shape new pathways in your brain to take over old habits. It also helps bring back your focus and have a less stressful day.

  1. Write in your journal.

Not a lot of people take time to write things down in a diary or journal. But, it gives you an escape from everyone else’s opinions/thoughts on you and allows you to focus on yourself, your challenges, and your goals.

  1. Follow through a guided visualization audio.

The difference between meditation and visualization is what you picture yourself becoming in the future. A guided visualization will walk you through step-by-step to get you thinking about who you are and who you want to become.

  1. Review your vision board.

I talk a lot about vision boards and that’s because they seriously work and help you focus your energy on what’s most important to you in your life. Not to mention, they’re a blast to create!

  1. Recite affirmations.

When I say, “recite affirmations,” I don’t mean to sit there and say in your head, “I am strong, I am funny, I am kind.” You are all of those things, but you need to get specific. For example, “I love the feel of my home – it’s very warm and comforting to me and my family.” If you need more inspiration on different affirmations to recite, I highly suggest using the ThinkUp app. On this app, you can record your own affirmations and listen back and reflect on them every day.

  1. Physically write down your intentions for the day.

Write down what you have already achieved and then add your short-term goals. When you’re writing them, write them as they have already happened. If you have a busy day or lifestyle, write something like, “I am so excited because today I created all of my content for the month of July.”

  1. Rewrite the negative beliefs you have about yourself.

If you notice a recurring negative thought about yourself, that’s a negative belief. Maybe someone told you in the past that you weren’t smart enough or you can’t do something…counteract it with, “I am a smart, savvy woman and I’m getting better every day.”

  1. Get exercise.

Exercise is linked to positive well-being and reduced stress. Your body is a temple and a miracle that you should be working on every day. Do yourself a favor and get at least 20 minutes of daily exercise activity.

  1. Surround yourself in nature.

My daily life can only be what I make of it. Nature reminds me that I need to take time to settle down, appreciate everything I have and work hard to get what I want. Nature doesn’t stop for anybody, so why should you?

I hope these ideas help make your mornings a little easier to get out of bed and optimize your day-to-day activities to get everything done that needs to.
