I wanted to take some time to chat with you about MASSIVE recruiting. I have personally enrolled 30 people into my network marketing company in the last month. That’s a lot of people. You may think that I’m able to do that because of my brand and coaching business but that’s not true. I’m actively in the trenches using a carefully crafted social media strategy that attracts business builders to me in a genuine and authentic way. And I want to teach you how to do the same!
It’s crucial to have a simple onboarding process for new team members so that it’s automated and easily teachable to the people you’re onboarding. Below I’m going to map out my specific social media strategy for my enrollment plan.
- Create / Understand your perfect social media strategy
For me, I did a post on my wall that was a direct ask; meaning, I shared on social media that I’m looking to onboard 5 women who are truly interested in the business opportunity and are serious about working with me. The next night, I would do a 15-minute sneak peek into my company. One example I have is that I interviewed a woman who worked for me and asked her questions about how she enjoyed working on my team and for the company. That way, all of the women inquiring about working on my team could see how it was run from an inside perspective. Next, I made sure to post an Instagram Reel, TikTok, promotional sequence, and video content about why I chose this company and industry to work for. Make sure that you are only spending your time on people who are serious about joining your team.
- Paint a vision
Make sure you’re painting a vision for the people who are looking to board your team. Do you know your vision? Story? Elevator pitch? Your story is your personal experience with your company, why you chose it and what it’s done for you. If you’re not clear on your story, it will be hard to share your passion with onboarding team members. Be passionate and believe in the vision you have for your future.
- Use third-party tools and CRMs to connect with your prospects
Share third-party tools with people inquiring about working with you to keep them informed and keep the conversation moving quickly. This is so powerful because it allows you to automate the enrollment process/conversations.
Bonus tip: Find a way to weed out the people who are not qualified. For example, if you have a Google Form for potential team members to fill out, ask a qualifying question on the form and remove people who don’t have legitimate reasons to work with you or do not share your passion.
Hopefully these tips help! Now go out there and build your #DreamTeam!
