Level Up and Invest in a VA

Virtual Assistant

I built my business from the ground up…but I didn’t do it by myself.

If you look at me and think, “WOW how does Kimberly do it all?” It’s all due to having an incredible team behind me. My team is crucial to every aspect of what I do.

You don’t have to do everything yourself

It is okay to ask for help! Don’t just stop there. Invest in getting some help AND invest in yourself! If you aren’t investing in yourself and your business, you aren’t going to be able to level up at the rate you want. It might also jeopardize being able to  turn your side hustle into a career.

Fear not…you don’t need to hire a huge team right off the bat. All you need is a Virtual Assistant! Hiring a VA is exactly like investing in yourself and in your business. You have to remember that it costs money to make money. The monthly cost of a VA will be worth it in the long run. An efficient VA creates more revenue for you than what you are paying them. Hiring a VA will not only increase your revenue but will increase your productivity.

If you are wondering if you need a Virtual Assistant, think of these three things.

Do you not have time to complete everything you want to in a day, week, or month? Are there tasks you are not fond of doing? Are there things you don’t know how to do and can’t seem to get the hang of?

If you said “yes” to any of these questions, then you could benefit from a VA.

Virtual assistants can help you with whatever you need done.

If social media is what you need assistance with, they can run all your social media profiles and keep them active. If content creation is where you need help, they can create and edit graphics, write captions, create a posting schedule, etc.

The list is endless, especially when it comes to social media. If you are going live every week, they can repurpose that live and turn it into a podcast episode, a YouTube video, a Pinterest pin, or a blog post. Depending on the experience of the VA, they may also be able to run paid ads and set up automations that will elevate your business.

Do you want to venture over to another platform, but don’t know where to start? A Virtual Assistant can help you with that.  All of these things that they do for you will create leads.

To ensure that you are getting the most out of your Virtual Assistants, your expectations must come in with clarity, intention, and focus.Come prepared with a list of tasks that you’d like them to oversee. Understand that there will be learning curves!

Use that list to invest in the right VA for you.

Now, you may be thinking: where do I find a Virtual Assistant and how do I make sure they are worth the investment? Well you can try out online freelancing platforms such as Upwork or Onlinejobs.ph and reach out and hire a virtual assistant. Or you can use Goal Digger Assist to view vetted and prescreened VA’s that myself and my team have verified. We have gathered their references, rates, and a list of all of their skills. Once you have found the right person for you, you can use online collaboration platforms to organize tasks and sync schedules and plans. It will keep yourself and them focused on what needs to be done. We like to use Trello to get organized, because #TrelloisLife!

VA’s are a great source for ideas that will level up your brands, leads, and your overall business. They will get help you get things done and have you feeling encouraged and productive.

Leverage your time and energy by having an additional helping hand. Why only produce 20 hours of work a week when you can produce 40 with a VA?!
