Creating opportunities to share what you do has never been more relevant. Going door to door used to be the prime method of sales but that method has become outdated. Your online presence is what truly will make a difference in your business.
How Can You Close More Sales
Think about how you are showing up online. Don’t let a poor self-esteem stop you from showing up like a boss. It is just a mindset and that is NOT your story! Think truthful about the interactions you are having with people.
How are the vibes? What kind of energy are you putting in? What type of energy are they putting out?
Sales funnels are real.
As you get closer to closing a sale, less and less people will be on the train to the checkout. You have to be adding new people into your funnel consistently so the flow of prospective sales never stops.
It really comes down to vibes.
When creating conversations, we want to think about how we can reach more people proactively. Instead of just posting and praying that someone will interact with your content, you need to be creating lasting interactions with people. The way that you’re going to create new business in your efforts on social media is by creating conversations– new conversations.
When you shift your social media into something more meaningful, you will start to love it.
Think about this before you post: how can I use this content to drive leads to my inbox?
Content is your gateway to better conversation. Ask questions, tell people to DM you, create a call-to-action. Do something to get their attention.
With stories, you need to be utilizing the poll feature and the quiz feature. Once a week, start posting indirect curiosity and direct curiosity posts. Share about yourself and ask about them in return. This will create natural conversations and have people feeling connected to you and your business. A great way to create a conversation is through birthday messages. Look and see who has a birthday coming up and message them. The day before, type them a quick early birthday message and tell them you saw their profile and would love to get to know them better. Invite them to check out what you’re doing and make sure they feel no pressure to do so.
DMs are your friends. Better conversations happen in the DMs.
When other users comment on your post or in your feed, move the conversation into a DM. This leads to the conversation becoming more personal and creates a safe and welcoming environment. Have a conversation with them and smoothly work your product or business into the chat. Mention that you just started following them and love their content on XYZ, tell them you would love to be in a partnership with them. A partnership where you have their back and they have yours. Make the point of creating a conversation that will lead to more sales. Whether it’s a sale from them or a sale from their referral. DMs are where you are going to make your money.
Bonus Tip: Go into Facebook Groups and be active.
Do not go into groups and post about your products or add links to them in the comments. This strategy is a sure way to get kicked out of the group! Instead go into these Facebook groups, offer value and contribute. Be a valuable asset to the Facebook group and other members will notice you. They will say, “I really like her! Let me check out her profile or send her a friend request.” Once they do that they will see all of your content and what you have to offer. You can then send them a quick DM; “Hey I saw we are in the same FB group, don’t you just love the community around it?!”
Get out there and talk to people. The more conversations you have you, the more trust you will build!
Goal Diggers, why are you not collaborating with others yet?! Have better conversations and start closing those sales!
