The Secret to a Call to Action by Kimberly Olson The Goal DiggerGirlWhen I first started posting on social media and doing Facebook Lives, I didn’t understand the power of having a CTA (Call to Action) at the end. Once I started implementing this strategy, my engagement went through the roof! It’s super simple to do.At the end of your post or Live, you’ll want to give your followers an action step or a takeaway. For example, if you did a Facebook Live delivering valuable content, you could say, “Please share this video and put shared in the comments.” You want to be explicit and not just hope that people will interact.

The way that has helped me most to naturally use a CTA is by thinking ahead of time about what I want my readers or viewers to do. Do I want to drive them into my closed Facebook group, message me to start a ManyChat conversation, or help me get the word out about what I’m promoting by sharing it?

When you implement a CTA into your social media efforts, it will encourage engagement and interaction which not only helps your algorithm and reach, but also with building real connections and relationships with your followers.
