When you have a product that you can’t wait to share with your customers, there are tons of ways to promote its launch! Reaching your audiences and getting in front of them with your new products doesn’t need to be complicated.
Consider starting an email campaign to your prospects and current customers by sharing introductory info but ending with a call-to-action. By encouraging your customer to reply to the email if they are interested, you can send a follow-up with ALL of the exciting product details and give an exclusive insight into the launch!
Another great way to connect with interested buyers is to introduce the idea of getting customers on your “VIP List.” The customers who opt-in will receive the details and also a way to pre-order the product on the launch date.
Think of a few things before reaching out:
- Don’t forget to research and find the best time for sending out messages to your client base. If a weekend is right around the corner, the buyer might not be as interested in considering a new product.
- Don’t send them all the product deets if they haven’t responded with interest.
- Make sure you have a platform where you can keep track of all customers that expressed interest and ways to follow up after the product launch.
Be fully prepared for the launch and understand how to best connect with your people to drive sales and find success in your business! By utilizing platforms like Project Broadcast, Trello, or any strategic follow-up tool, you can remind those customers of your product launching and get on the top of their mind when it comes to reconnecting.
Eliminate the stress by reaching out pre-launch! You don’t want to fall short and rush to reach out to your customers on the day of the launch. Plan ahead of time to strategically create excitement about the launch by connecting with your people! 🙂
