We’re gonna crush it with some planning today! Let’s walk through planning your monthly themed content to increase engagement. This will allow you to get some clarity around what you want your online presence to be and get a better grasp on the value you’re sharing. Let’s get organized!

We’ve talked about recruiting in the past, but the content always comes BEFORE the recruiting and is a huge piece of the process. Content is your key to rock-solid recruiting. The value, consistency, and content will all lead to becoming a better recruiter and building up your business. Are you planning ahead or flying by the seat of your pants when it comes to your content?

First, I want you to pick a theme of the month. I have a Trello freebie for you to download and use to plan your content. Pick a theme so you have an umbrella for your content. This will give you some direction and focus with your planning.

Second, I want you to dial it down with weekly concepts and topics. This can be a subcategory of the monthly focus where you can ramp up the value and relate back to your business. Take the monthly focus you set and break it down into a focal point to zoom in on the topic. From there, you can rinse and repeat by setting weekly topics to dive into!

Third, I want you to go Live… and be prepared! Show up with your value and all the energy! Share your content on as many platforms as you can and then bring all of that value to a Facebook Live! As you start building out content, you can return back to these ideas down the line and recycle the content. Come up with weekly topics for going Live! If you can set a consistent time and day of the week for going Live, it will be so much easier to stick to.

Fourth, break your content down daily. Did you know? Canva has a scheduling tool now! If you already use Canva, it’s a quick final step to get the content scheduled on your platforms. Or, find a platform that works for you! Our team uses Social Tenacity and we love it because it is so user-friendly and great for managing multiple platforms. Come up with some daily themes to give yourself more structure. Content is queen, consistency is KEY.

The final step is to follow up with anyone who interacts with your content. As you grow this, you’ll find you don’t have to interact with everyone and you can limit it to those who leave comments. In the beginning, all of the users who view, like, and comment are leads for you! It’s all about the leads. If you don’t have leads, your sales funnel will be empty.

Don’t miss out on these leads that are right in front of you- especially with those who are already showing interest in your products.  Go crush your content!
