Let’s talk about proven marketing strategies that will help anyone build a business on social media. There are so many different ways to build that it can become overwhelming. So if you don’t know where to start, let me clear it all up and pull back the curtain for you! 

I will be sharing some of my favorite marketing tips. There is no magic to marketing, YOU can do this! You can literally have no audience and start today. Mind-blowing, right?!

The most important thing to remember when you start marketing is that you need a sales funnel. A simple sales funnel is all you need and can be as easy as a reel or story inviting people to engage with you in some way or another. 

Why Do I Need A Sales Funnel?

The purpose of a sales funnel is to put something of value on a webpage that you own for online users to get access to. In taking that action, both you AND the user grabbing your download are exchanging information. In order to get access to your lead magnet or freebie, they have to provide their email address and name! 

You want to make sure that you have a very valuable lead magnet that grabs their attention and entices them to download. This lead magnet should very clearly explain what value they will receive from the download.

You don’t need a fancy landing page in order to collect information, instead give them a CTA (Call To Action) and have them comment or raise a hand if they are interested and then you can tag them or reach out to complete the exchange. 

If you are just starting to build a group or channel there is a very unique way to capture the email addresses of your audience. First, you can go Live or pre-record a video sharing what your freebie is and why they need it, and then how to receive it. Finally, you can share the link in the comments and tag anyone who joined Live. Or, ask users to comment if they are interested and then respond with the link. 

The intention behind your marketing strategies should be to make a connection and build trust. You want to be known for giving SO much value that when you share your offer they are comfortable spending money with you! 

Remember the 80/20 rule. Focus on value, with a few sales. Share with them how to have a better life or how to improve their mood, income, health, etc. You want to help your audience better themselves to keep them coming back to you. 

Value, Value, Value – Offer! 

After layering your audience with value, the next step is to make an offer! How does this help? It builds trust and knowledge and personalization with your customer so that when you make the offer they are more likely to jump on board.

Every interaction, connection, email read, live watched, and post response – that you have with a customer leads to a stronger relationship!
