If you are not currently following a system to take your prospects through, you are leaving money on the table. I remember when I first started in my network marketing company and if someone said they were open to hearing more about my opportunity, I would totally freeze.
I didn’t know what to do! Should I send them a video? Schedule a call? Invite them to a Facebook group?
My uncertainty showed through and I found myself striking out left and right.
That is, until I learned the power of duplication and creating simple systems that others can follow to get the same results!
If you are trying to be Miss Know-It-All, that is not going to allow your potential recruits to be able to do what you do. They will sense that and be turned off. Also your current team will most likely tell themselves they are not you and can’t do it.
Let’s not give them a reason to talk themselves out of making this work for them even before they have started:).
So instead, collect a library of 3rd party tools that you can send to a prospect such as a YouTube video, your website, a customer testimonial, etc. You will send it to them when they say they are open and then connect them in a 3 way chat while they’re checking out what you sent them.
The key is to keep the conversation going so watch this training I did if you tend to get stuck in the conversation or are unexpectedly getting crickets.
