The 5 Things I'm Doing this Year to Blow Up My Brand!

If you’ve been following me at all the last few years, you know that I am all about the big leaps. What are the things that I can do to grow? It’s so important to follow others and see what they’re doing, so you can learn how to make your business better. So here are the five things I am doing right now that will blow up my brand this year.

I am testing multiple lead magnets to grow my email list.

I have been seeing people make the mistake of spending six months getting their lead magnet done. You need to put yourself into a situation where you have to whip that lead magnet out like tomorrow. Every lead magnet should have a landing page, so get that ready first with all the bells and whistles to make it live when the lead magnet is ready. We teach all this inside of our programs, but the purpose of the landing page is to capture emails. This is the exchange for the value you are providing.

When you look at the best marketers out there, they’ve built their billion-dollar businesses through an email list. There is no excuse sitting around saying you’ll get to it one day. You have limiting beliefs around telling yourself you’re not good enough, you can’t figure it out, or it’s over your head. Come on! Let’s be coachable! Try testing out multiple different lead magnets and see what is converting and working. Even if you want to have one up for 90 days, 6 months, or split test them. We want to see which ones are performing and which ones aren’t. Your audience is going to give you clues to what they need.

Reels, Reels, REELS!

The second thing I’m doing is I’m doing daily Reels. I’m doing daily reels because you get rewarded for showing up more. I have a lot of students in our programs that are actually monetizing their Reels on Facebook. So they’re paid to create reels. How cool is that? But we aren’t stopping doing Reels on one platform. I do them on Instagram then we repurpose them on Facebook and TikTok. Being consistent through Reels helps me get organic leads. When your Reel drops into the Reels feed, there is a high amount of people seeing your video that are not already following you.

It’s time for an Instagram refresh.

So what does that mean? I do this once a year, and me doing it has always paid for itself. Meaning it’s worth the investment and time it takes. How many of you really feel that your social media is not attracting the right person? People will want to work with you when they think it is worth their time. People will vet you out. They will look at your Instagram to see who you are. Instagram is that visual collection of who you are as a brand. And this is why you do need to take the time to make sure it looks sharp.

I will actually look at other people’s profiles that I admire and that I look up to. Don’t ever copy anyone though. Instead, look at it for inspiration on how you want your socials to look. What makes you like their profile? Find the little nuggets you can take away to implement into your socials.

Repurpose your content across all social platforms.

If you guys didn’t know this, I had some issues last year with my voice to where I scaled back everything. I couldn’t produce new podcasts, YouTube videos, do interviews, or speaking events. I mean nothing. So what could I do to keep up my visibility? I realized the power of repurposing content. I want to challenge you with this right now – when you create a piece of content, flip it into five more pieces of content to reuse later. There are TikTok videos going out right now on Facebook and Instagram Reels that are two years old, and they’re still relevant. If I give you some business tips and they still apply, why wouldn’t I reuse that and reshare them? That’s called evergreen content.

I’m increasing my online presence to attract higher quality leads.

You can do it on your own periodically, but I want you to write down who is the ideal person to work with. If you have clients or you have courses you’ve created, who is it that you’ve really enjoyed working with? They may or may not even be somebody that came on board and enrolled with you or became a client. Find that person and screenshot of their profile on Facebook. Save them to your favorites and attract these people to you. Then, ask the universe, God, whatever you believe. Listen to those inner nudges on what you should do. Go be on those podcasts, pushing out all the content, or starting those value projects. I was recognized as one of the top 20 life coaches to watch for 2022. That makes a difference to people to see I have credibility. Also, look at the content you are putting out. What is the content that is going to attract the people you want?

I want to work with incredible women who are passionate, driven, and going to rise up when they feel the excuses looming. They are not perfect and have probably gone through a lot of struggles. I’m there to tap into them, with my coaching team. There are a gazillion business coaches out there, but they want to work with the woman who knows in her heart the change that she wants to make.
