Now that I’ve been in network marketing for almost a year and a half, I’ve noticed that a lot of people I’ve gotten to know on social media have switched companies. I know there are sometimes legit reasons to of course make the switch, such as the company going south, unethical leadership or discovering you’re not so in love with the products and services as you thought you were. However, in my experience, 90% of the time network marketers are switching for the wrong reasons. They’re struggling to make sales and build their team or they don’t feel support from their upline. Other times they feel lost on how to grow their business so they think starting with a different company will solve their problems. The most troublesome one for a newer, uncertain marketer is the alluring opportunity to be a part of a ground floor opportunity.
I get the feeling of missing out or thinking that you gotta get in at the beginning to make it big but that is simply untrue. There are plenty of people who have joined a company and made six and seven figures after the “ground floor” period has subsided and then some.
It’s them that makes it work. It’s them that builds new relationships and prospects people about their opportunity. It’s them that keeps going, amongst the adversity, obstacles and self doubt that we ALL experience. Now it’s your turn. Are you willing to stay committed and see it through? If so, stick with me – I will do everything I can to support you along the way!
