We all know the power of testimonials, but we want to be sure we are being strategic with testimonials and get the most leverage out of them. When someone who is loving their product leaves you a testimonial message on Facebook or Instagram messenger, it does not go anywhere! You now have a great message that you can use on social media. Always get permission to use it in your stories and on social media. Once you have their permission it is time to create a dynamic story on Instagram!

Once you have created these awesome testimonial stories on Instagram you can add them to your highlights! Your highlights are the little circles with thumbnail images that display on your Instagram profile. They feature stories that you have decided to save and share on an evergreen basis. This is a great place to collect all your testimonials together in one spot! When your audience is checking out your Instagram profile and they are curious about your products, they can go to the testimonial highlight and see all of them in one place!
