Hey, Hey Goal Digger, Kimberly Olson here, back for another episode of hashtag get lit where we crush your business in less than 10 minutes. In this training, I’m going to take you through my top three must have apps which I use every day to run a multiple six figure business. So if you want to make more efficiency a part of what you’re doing with your business strategy, then you need to stay tuned to figure out what my must haves are. We’ll see you in a minute.
okay, so obviously you’re not new to apps, but finding the best apps, or what are the top people in the industry using? You probably want to know and it’s going to allow you to sift and sort. I’m going to take all of the legwork out for you and I’m gonna show you exactly what to use. So I’ve got three must have apps for you. The first one is a notepad app. Now this is not any notepad app. It’s actually called, let me get you the name of it, N + otes. So it looks like notes, but it has a plus symbol. Probably some kind of trademark thing. So you go into the app store, it’s notes but it’s N + O T E S. so with that app, the reason why I love that one, I’ve used other ones and that one is so easy to use.
Make sure you pay, it’s like a few dollars so you get the ads removed cause I didn’t know that and it was annoying for a little bit. Get the ads removed and you’re going to be rocking and rolling. I’m going to tell you why this is important. So the reason why I love this notepad app is because I save the things I say over and over and over again in that app. So let’s say someone on my team puts me in a three way chat and they want to know about a certain product. I have it right there, exactly ready for, you know to kick off the conversation if people have specific questions I haven’t saved, someone wants to, wants to look at the business side. I have it saved in there. If someone wants to know about my coaching packages, I have it saved in there.
The reason why this is important is because if you’re not efficient with your time, you’re going to be on your phone all the time and you’re going to get frustrated, your family’s going to get frustrated. There’s the time freedom in that. It’s just not if you’re glued to your phone all the time. So by utilizing the notepad app and saving my most favorite things in there, there are also videos that I love to share. If someone’s looking at joining my team, I have all saved in there. It’s just the things that you’re always going in looking for, save them, take the time to save them and have them in your notepad app. Number two is Trello. Are you surprised? Now the reason why the app is so important is because let’s say you are on the go. Like for example yesterday we were driving, I was just catching up on some of my messages because I like to keep those caught up.
There’s certain times a day where I like to just do a sweep through and so I was just checking anything that had come in from the night before. So someone had commented about something I’d been talking to them about with joining my team and I had sent a video and the website. So what I did is while we were in the car on the way to church, I was not driving, my husband was, I pulled up my Trello app right here. I pulled the Trello app up, I pulled up their name, I labeled them, sent the website so I knew I’d sent them the website. And then I also saved a followup time on there. And the reason why this is important is because so many of you are not doing a great job of keeping track of your leads. So if you need help with keeping everything organized, I actually have a video.

So you’re going to know what to watch that video because it’s going to allow you to get really serious about your business. In the last three, four weeks, I think I’ve added maybe 400 names to my Trello list, which is a lot. I’m in a growth phase right now. But the neat thing is no one slips through the cracks. I’ve connected with every person. We had a promotion so I was able to circle through or a circle back and sweep through really fast and efficiently and I was able to reach back to all those people and I was able to get new customers first because I was organized. So was it worth the effort? Absolutely. But if you’re tracking your leads on a notebook and you leave the notebook at home and you’re out and about, you tell yourself you’re going to remember and you do not remember and then you don’t follow up with that person.
They slipped through the cracks and then you get frustrated and then you kind of give up. So having the Trello app on my phone is amazing. I also am able to put future topics in there for Facebook lives content. So if I think of a post or anything creative, I can just pull up that specific Trello board and drop it in there. So get on the Trello bandwagon. If you’re not, it is life changing. Okay. Number three is Storychic. It’s S, T, O, R, Y, C, H. I. C Storychic. Now, you don’t necessarily have to have Storychic. You can have any app, but I want you to find a rockin go-to app that you can use to show people that you, and let me see if I can give you some examples here to show people that you really got your stories down.
You know, this is a really important piece because if you don’t have a story that’s going to allow, or an app that’s going to allow your stories to come to life, nobody is going to be watching them. All right, let’s take a look at some examples. Okay, so we’re going to pop on over here. So I’m going to show you some examples of what Storychic looks like. So I just took some normal words here. That’s the goal is that you’re grabbing people’s attention. Okay? Here’s the example. Instead of just the normal before and after pictures, if we can get it to play, this is showing a picture of me three years ago. I know. That’s me isn’t that crazy? Yeah, I lost a little weight since then. Look at little Elise, she used to suck her fingers all the time. It was really cute. Okay, so look at the, watch this right here. This is kind of cool. So instead of, this is a girl, Kathy Caviness who rank advanced this one.
So I did that with StoryChic. Isn’t that more interesting than just some pictures? I mean it’s a really cool way to bring your stuff to life. Absolutely. And there’s these ones I did with StorySwag so it’s a little bonus for you. This is also in Storychic another girl, uh, Kelsee that rank advanced. But look at instead of just her picture, find your flame or find your fire, right? It just catches people’s eye. And I do get people reaching out. You guys, this stuff works. Okay. And this is dropped the baby weight. Okay, so just some words there. This is a Storyswag a little bonus tip there. That’s another app. Basically what you want to do though is you want to find apps that you can use that are going to be quick. You feel comfortable with them, you can pop some images in there, bring your stories to life.
So people stop the scroll and they watch your stories. That’s the whole entire point and goal of this. So we’ve got the notepad app for all the things that we need at our fingertips for efficiency. We’ve got Trello to stay organized, keep our leads in one place and follow up like a rockstar. And then we’ve got Storychic to bring our stories to life, which is such a huge piece of our business, getting people looking at our stuff and attracting those leads.
