Are you wanting to raise your enrollment numbers, but aren’t sure how? Let me teach you exactly what I did to have my highest enrollment month! Whatever you do, you need to be selling in the appropriate/professional way. Some people don’t know what it means to have massive numbers coming in, but I have a great tool for you that is going to help you rock this out.
My highest enrollment month for my network marketing/direct sales business was over 30 people enrolled in one month. But I wasn’t just enrolling a bunch of people. They were launching, hitting those first rank advancements, and getting commission checks. All the things that we want as a leader. When I looked back at how I had done that, there were five key things I saw.
Create a vision board for your goals.
Enrolling 25 people this month was the goal on my board. Setting that goal gives you something to reach for. Sometimes you hit it and sometimes you go past it. I thought about my vision board and that goal everyday. I imagined people reaching out wanting to know more, giving me the opportunity to share a little bit about what I do.
By casting the vision of what I wanted my month to look like, it gave me the mindset of what I wanted for my business, team and the people who would get to work with me. The Think Up app is one of my favorite tools to start calibrating yourself for success when it comes to recruiting and enrolling.
Commit to routine activities.
I have a Trello board that holds all of my prospecting. This is actually what I use to drop leads, so if I have some new friend requests or Instagram followers, I just drop them on here until I get a chance to look at their profiles and move them through my funnel across the board.
This is what keeps me organized and focused. I do this every day in my business, as well as posting on social media, expanding my audience, and telling new people about what I do. You have to be very clear about what you do and not shy away, without spamming them into your sales funnel. Also, nurturing those leads and making sure you’re staying in touch with them is crucial.
Construct an amazing posture.
What posture looks like is instead of me saying, “Come join my team. We are really excited for growth!” I told people I was looking for five people to develop into leadership and mentor them through the process. That’s posture. And it’s true. I absolutely do not have time to work with everybody one on one and nor do I want to. When you come across where you are and you’re desperate to enroll, they can sense that. Stay in your power about who you are and what value you can give to those who want to work with you.
Be confident in your systems.
I have plug-in systems I’ve developed over the last few years. I enrolled over a hundred people directly to me, and all of them launched with this system I’ve put into place. With my launch plan, I was able to plug them into the tools that we have.
Everything I’ve created is duplicatable. I don’t have to be the one to do the calls, the one on ones, and all the things that can be automated. I know it’s the best out there and I’ve been able to prove it by having our new people get results and be compared against others. We’ve ranked number two in that category.
Don’t forget to follow up.
I know a lot of you don’t know how to do any of this. If you look on that prospecting Trello board, you’ll see that I have checklists built in where you can check off the follow-up. But you have to have a reason to follow up. We need to be top of mind. We need to find new ways to reach out. If you have a reason to follow up, you’re not bothering anyone. They’re going to be way more receptive to you.
