Do you have a Daily Method of Operations (DMO) set in stone to ensure you get all the things done for the day that needs to be? If not, don’t panic! I’m here to help you organize your DMO and give you a resource I used to use every day when getting into my routine habit. The DMO I’m going to talk about in this blog has non-negotiables built-in so you stay on track when you cross them off of your list!
Having a Daily Method of Operations will truly set you free and allow you to achieve everything you want to accomplish because you can really focus on the money-making activities in your business and allow yourself the freedom to not be on your phone all the time. By using this resource and I am going to provide you with today, I have been able to build a multiple 7-figure business, host a top 50 podcast in the marketing topic, go LIVE consistently on Facebook, and basically be able to do all the things.
So what I want you to do is visit our Goal Digging Boss Babes Facebook group. If you’re not already in the group, request to join and someone will accept your request as soon as possible. Once you’re in, visit the ‘Files’ tab and click the PDF link to ‘DMO: Hour of Power’. I will attach it to this blog post for your reference as well. If you’re currently just ‘winging’ your DMO or you’re not sticking to it, you’re either not getting any results or your results are inconsistent and dwindling. Refer to this PDF file to make sure you’re checking off all of your boxes.
First up is your miracle morning box: What do you do in the morning to start your day? If it’s sitting on your phone or snoozing your alarm, let’s fix that habit. Maybe you can find a few minutes to make a cup of coffee and sit on your porch. Or, you could even ask your family to join in on your miracle morning routine and all share what you’re excited about for the day or week ahead. Once you have an idea for your miracle morning, write it down, and make sure to check it off every morning.
Next is your power statement. A power statement is your “I am” statement. For example, my power statement is, “I am a strong speaker and I have a message to share.” This statement is going to help you reprogram your subconscious mind. Ask yourself: what is it that I need to remind myself of and repeat every day? Your power statement will flow into your time for personal development. Personal development is what you do to improve yourself, your mindset, and your stamina. There are many ways to participate in personal development; you could practice meditation, read a book, write in your journal, listen to an informational podcast, basically anything where you’re developing yourself as a person.
Social media posting is the next box which helps you stay on track with what you’re posting on social media. If you already have a content calendar, GREAT! You’re one step ahead. Taprooting refers to reaching out and connecting with anyone you feel you can connect with on a deeper level. It should be someone you don’t talk to every day. Finally, your top three action steps should be the three things that need to get done that day. NON-NEGOTIABLES.
The left side of this document is there to help you fill your cup up and find the tasks that help you feel productive, whereas the right side is there to organize your outbound tasks: making new connections, following new people, responding to DMs, etc. If you can organize your day by writing out your DMO on this resource, you’ll have everything you need to totally crush your day!
