Tools and resources are essential for crushing your online business. There are hundreds of programs and free tools available for everything you need to be covered as an entrepreneur.
Being organized with everyday tools and resources can help decrease stress levels and allow you to spend more time focusing on the important things that will make you money.
The first platform I use daily is Trello! I have created boards for each of my team members at Goal Digger Headquarters, lead tracker, social content calendar, freebies, and challenges. It is great for keeping everything in one place and for managing and monitoring project statuses.
A great email service is ConvertKit! This is a robust tool that allows for creating simple landing pages, weekly emails, and sequences to automatically email new customers. It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate!
The best design tool to use is Canva. This resource is great for designing social media graphics and any type of digital content. It is easy to share designs with your team, implement branding details, and create stunning graphics to level up your digital presence.
Next, I love using GroupTrack to track leads! This application integrates with your Facebook account in real-time and allows for automatic tracking of your leads. This app allows for sending follow-ups, automated messages, and more. It’s a one-stop-shop for reaching out and connecting with new leads for your business.
The next application I use is InStories and StoryChic for creating stories on Instagram and Facebook. These platforms have features to edit and amp up your static posts and animate your content into beautiful, visually appealing graphics.
The next tool I use is WordPress. If you are going live consistently or creating content on the internet, you should share that content in a blog post on your website. WordPress allows you to create your own website and get more eyes on your content. It is very simple to use; you don’t have to have any experience with website design to try this tool out. 🙂
The next is Zoom or StreamYard. Zoom is great for one-on-one and team meetings. For most videos that I share, I will use StreamYard. It is very collaborative and encourages engagement with your audience. You can host interviews, webinars, and more through StreamYard.
The text automated service that I use is Project Broadcast. If your followers opt-in to your texting service, they will get different reminders and information sent right to their phone! You can create different sequences based on the type of content you are sharing.
The next platform is ClickFunnels. With this application, you can create landing pages and offer paid promotions to your followers. Once someone opts-in to your freebie on your landing page, this application allows for them to be offered an additional product or service. This is incredible for sales funnels and also syncs with ConvertKit.
Next is Teachable! To create a mini-course or a freebie to share, you can use this application to host your content then share it with your audience. It is a popular program that has a multitude of features for categorizing your content and promotional items to share.
Start implementing tools in your business to save yourself time and money. Work smarter, not harder, and take advantage of the resources designed to make your work easier. 🙂
