Let’s talk about the top tools for massive duplication. This is the name of the game! If you are not duplicating, you are going to burn yourself out. But most importantly, you’re going to scare away all the people who could run a business, or currently are running a business. They’re looking for tools of automation. Once I understood what tools I needed for massive duplication, my team grew like wildfire.
Look into third-party tools.
You want to get away from being the person that everyone comes to for answers on all their prospects’ questions. You’re bottlenecking your business. A third-party tool can be shared to stop this from happening. A lot of companies out there are making webinars or videos that are at least 45 minutes long. That is the outdated way of doing things and nobody has time for that. What we want is a quick 5 to 15 minute opportunity video. Product videos should be even shorter.
Now, if you don’t have one, make one yourself. it doesn’t have to be anything fancy from the company. A third-party tool allows people to see that they don’t have to have all the answers. You could send them a very short video, a PDF, or an infographic. You are not going to tell them they must get on this upcoming webinar that’s an hour and a half long. It’s just not going to work, so it has to be simple.
Another key thing is, don’t ask if they are going to watch or read what you send them. No more asking and then following up 75 times to watch the video. I personally get annoyed with that. I don’t know when I’m going to watch the video. I’ve got a million things going on. The third party tools allow for easy, sendable, take-a-look-when-you-can content. You don’t want to wait for them to watch the video or review the third-party tool. You want them to move on to the next step.
Start using three-way chats.
The prospect can see that there are other people involved, that you’re not doing this all by yourself. If someone has a question about a product that you quite don’t know the answer to, you are going to put them in a three-way chat. You are going to let that person answer the question and make sure you go back to your one-on-one conversation. They don’t want to be in the three-way chat forever because they are most comfortable with you.
Have a value-based Facebook group and do not use the ATM model.
The ATM model is the ad, tag, and message method. I like to use the value-based Facebook group as the final follow-up. There’s no waiting here. We are keeping the train moving. There is too much time spent asking questions if you just continue to message. Your Facebook group should have sneak peek opportunity events, challenges, masterclasses, and all kinds of stuff to stay top of mind. You’re constantly dripping out to those people without you going around messaging 500 people all the time. When you get them in the group, engaged, and active, you’re good to go.
Your prospects at some point are going to see how this is awesome. Make sure you’re doing it with your team and you’re standing out. You should not be posting a bunch of sales because it’s not a VIP group.
