When I first starting building my empire, I inevitably had to change my routine and get real when it came to my business. To crush it in your 9-5 while building your empire, take a deep dive into your daily actions, and identify what is working and what is not.
To set yourself up for success in your biz, there are several key components to remember in your day-to-day.
A great place to begin with managing your day job and your side biz is to set your daily non-negotiables. Working for yourself can sometimes make you wonder if you have to follow through with all the things you’ve been putting off. That is the difficult part—there is no one there to hold your hand and make you do it! But, by not doing it and by staying stagnant, you will not have the capacity to grow your business. Developing a list of non-negotiables will consist of money-making activities that you are committed to achieving every single day. Set a reminder and work it into your daily routine, but whatever you do— don’t skip it! This will keep you grounded and productive so find a way to incorporate it into your schedule.
Next, you must be efficient and consistent! Your time is so valuable. Find how to achieve desired results by using your time wisely and with intent. With network marketing businesses, you have to create duplicatable systems. This means finding a way to utilize third-party tools, three-way chats, and having an automated onboarding system. Then, making it really easy to copy and share down the line. Set yourself up for success by creating templates and guidebooks to let all of your hard work be easily replicated.
Pro tip: Finding ways to have consistent groups or moving items from being one-on-one to a group setting is key for managing your efficiency levels.
When it comes to your biz, duplicate everything that you are doing. Having an effective system or program that is already in place at the time of bringing on a new customer is essential an essential step for managing your business. Take the time to get systems in place and utilize those tools. Constantly evaluate how you can leverage your time more effectively.
Finally, surround yourself with hard workers. Meet people that are motivated, passionate, and similar to you—and focus on helping them grow in the right direction. You will be able to develop, coach, and watch them soar while growing as a professional along the way. Go out there and make it happen!
