Five Simple Steps to Manifest What You Want!

I use this in my own life, and for my students when I am coaching. It is so powerful and puts you in the driver’s seat and you will begin to realize you are in control.  We get frustrated when things aren’t going our way. The thoughts that we think, create the feelings that we have which create the actions and it eventually creates the existent that we see.So, what you are seeing today in your life is a compilation of all the thoughts you’ve had before.  That is a hard pill to swallow especially if things aren’t going the way that you want.  You must take 100% responsibility and once you do that, there is empowerment to accepting the responsibility.

Step #1 – Get really clear on what you want.  A lot of the time we don’t stop to think, what do we want? We go through the motions and wake up and do the same things as we did yesterday, its constant reaction, reaction, reaction.  Hitting snooze, running late, forgetting something you need, etc. Your first assignment is getting a journal and spend some time to get crystal clear on what you want. Think of all the areas in your life, what are the important pieces? Health, finances, family? Whatever that looks like for you, everyone is different. I want you to look at each area and decide if it were a perfect world and money wasn’t an issue, or location wasn’t an issue if ANYTHING was possible, what would that look like for you? The more detailed the better.

Step #2 – Create a vision board.  Collect images, quotes, pictures, things that represent what it is you want.  The subconscious mind responds well to images.  Create a board a wall or even a movie with iMovie. These help to tell your subconscious mind what you really want.  Words and images that evoke emotion will get to you at a deeper level. A couple apps I really love for manifesting what you want are “Think App” and “Hay House Vision Board”.

Step #3 – Visualize YOURSELF in your vision.  This is where you daydream with your eyes wide open.  Imagine the sights, smells, and sounds and how they make you feel.  It is ultimately not so much about the actual house or money, it’s the feeling having those things gives you. The security for your family, comfort knowing you can pay your bills.  You want to connect to the feeling, that is the secret. 

Step #4 – Review your vision.  Get vibrationally aligned daily. You get what you think about most of the time! Whatever you are spending the most time on is what you create.  So, spend your time daydreaming about what you want. Think about the things you want.  You trick your subconscious mind and send the message to the universe and it has your back.  The universe wants to support you. 

Step #5 – Become the vision.  What would you say, what would you wear, who would you hang out with, what would you do and how would you think? It is not ok for you to have thoughts that don’t serve you or relationships that bring you down. Become very choosey about who you hang out with and the coaches you work with. Everything is to support you and reach your goals.

Act as if what you want is already here. The more time you act as it is, the quicker it will come to you.
