Level Up Your Recruiting Strategies with The Cold to Close Method

Blowing up your recruiting results won’t happen overnight. Do you wonder how others manage to recruit tons of people each month without spending hundreds of hours in Facebook Messenger? 

The cold to close method is a great strategy to use to recruit more teammates. 

This method can help you take cold lead to a hot prospect for your business. Throughout this process, you have to “qualify” the potential customer. This is a marketing concept that allows you to determine if the individual is qualified to be a prospect. If an individual has conflicting wants and needs from what your team and business can offer, they are not the ideal customer for you. Think about how you can set up your process for finding and attracting your ideal team member . 

The next time you start a new conversation, be unique. Be bold and offer value. Lead with your heart and serve. Forget the outcome, forget pushing to sell, and be yourself. You have to be genuine and find a unique approach or a conversation piece that will engage the lead. The exchange should be positive and should leave both parties feeling great! 

Consider providing a valuable tool. Whether it’s a podcast, PDF, past trainings, the units section of your Facebook group, or any piece of material that they may find beneficial. Then, this person will associate you with the tool and see, first hand, the type of value you can offer on your social platforms. This elevates your perception in their eyes! 

Ask yourself: are my current processes working? Challenge yourself to slow down to speed up your results. Take the time to really think about what you’re doing and find the best way to connect with like minded individuals. 

Go after it! Take the time to nurture and find what different recruiting strategies work for you.
