Today I am going to teach you the coolest thing ever when it comes to Facebook lives and video marketing! How to livestream pre-recorded videos on OneStream and schedule them to Facebook! When you livestream, you can plan out the content, pre-record your video, schedule it to stream live and it appears live. Your audience does not need to know the difference. This is a great advantage if you are traveling, want to batch record, or if you just haven’t got the courage to do the actual LIVE! Or if you are struggling to stay inconsistent and you would like to get some structure around your strategy. You goal is to deliver some themes and structure every time. Using livestream is a great way to accomplish that. If you are wanting to go live every Tuesday night, but you are usually with your family at that time, this is a great way to record the video, schedule it and then get it out consistently for your audience!
The first time I ever went live I was so nervous! So, I understand. Yet, I get asked the question all the time, what was the one secret weapon to blow up your brand and your business? Hands down, it began once I started doing video marketing. Consistently. The importance of video marketing and lives cannot be stressed enough. Facebook’s algorithm loves it and Instagram is beginning to really get into it also and of course YouTube.
In the video below, I walk you through my favorite platform, OneStream Live. How to use it, along with my affiliate link so you can get your own account. OneStream does offer a free version, or you can upgrade to paid versions. I use OneStream to stream videos to my Facebook page, my profile, and groups. My team and I hold Facebook events and using OneStream is a simple way for me to record a video and then stream it to their group pages.
The beauty of OneStream is once you have your video uploaded, which I show you how to do in the video below, you schedule it. The video then streams when you choose and even looks LIVE! Facebook doesn’t care that it is not ACTUALLY live, and it doesn’t hurt your algorithm or anything like that.
This will help you so much! So, if you are nervous, going out of town and want to stay consistent, need to batch record or help automate for your team, for easy duplicatable systems… livestreaming will blow your mind!
